Draft Decision on Kazakhstan meat quotas 2012

Draft Decision of the Government of Kazakhstan “On distribution of tariff quotas on imports of certain types of meat among participants of foreign economic activity for the year 2012

In accordance with the Decision of the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan #269 as of March 24, 2011 “On the rules of distribution of tariff quotas on import of certain types of meat”, the Government of Kazakhstan decides:

1. To approve the distribution of tariff quotas among the participants of foreign economic activity for the year 2012 in accordance with the Annex to this Draft Decision (stage 1).

2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is charged to notify within two weeks the Secretariat of the Integration Committee of Eurasian Economic Community on the measures taken by the Government of Kazakhstan to regulate foreign trade.
3. This Decision shall come into force from the date of its signing and shall be officially published.
